Mapping of Assessment Activities to Program Outcomes

  • Program outcomes are assessed through individual course assessments. The Program Outcomes shows the course(s) that support specific program outcomes.
  • The Graduate Student Portfolio provides a comprehensive qualitative assessment of an individual student's achievement of all program outcomes.
  • Surveys and other informal assessment instruments contribute to the program assessment process as a whole by providing a valuable means of student, alumni, and alumni employer feedback, but do not seek to assess any specific program outcomes.
