Fundamentals Courses

For students without a background in Computer Science (usually, those students without an undergraduate degree in CS), the Department offers an intensive two-course sequence in "Computer Science Fundamentals" that satisfies this deficiency. Currently, the Department offers these courses in an independent study format as needed for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters (please check Banweb for current offerings). Students can take both courses in one or two semesters, depending on the individual student's situation. Students should consult with the Department in selecting which option is most appropriate.
