Ms. Sunitha Shenoi presents research at CCSC:SE

November 11 - Ms. Sunitha Shenoi, a senior CS major, will present a poster at the 18th Annual CCSC:Southeastern Conference at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. Her presentation will be part of the conference's Student Research Contest Poster session. The poster is entitled "Extracting Information and Semantic Relations from the Georgraphical Entries of a Machine Readable Dictionary."

Her research advisor is Dr. Muhammad Rahman?, Assistant Professor of CS.

Sunitha won the second prize in the conference Student Research Contest. As the second place winner she received $50 (fifty) cash prize. Congratulations Sunitha! And thank you Dr. Rahman!
