CS@UWG is a friendly, collegial, student-centric department committed to educational excellence in a personal environment.

We offer an ABET accredited Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Master of Science in Applied Computer Science, and several Graduate Certificates in Computing. The curriculum includes both traditional and emerging areas of computing such as software engineering, web technologies, databases, systems and networks, artificial intelligence, and interactive media and gaming.

The department's state of the art laboratory facilities enhance the learning experience and provide students with the opportunity to experiment with a variety of current technologies used in industry.

Our students engage in extracurricular activities that enrich their learning experience and offer opportunities to interact with peers.

Each member of the Faculty and Staff is committed to preparing our students for successful careers, life-long learning, and citizenship.

Summer and Fall 2010 Advisement

Advance registration for Summer and Fall 2010 starts April 5. All CS majors must be advised by the Department of Computer Science before registering for classes. Please review the following information about advisement and how to schedule an appointment with your advisor:
